Refund Policy
We take freshness seriously. Because our products are perishable, returns are not accepted. Refunds are considered only for eligible issues reported at the time of delivery.

No returns on perishable items
For food safety reasons, raw chicken and other perishable goods cannot be returned once delivered.
When refunds may be approved
- Items delivered damaged, spoiled, or in unacceptable condition.
- Wrong item delivered or significant shortage from billed weight.
How to report an issue
- Report issues within 2 hours of delivery.
- Share your order ID and clear photos of the issue.

Refund resolution
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. We may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the issue.
Non-refundable situations
- Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer.
- Unavailability to receive the order during the selected slot.
- Quality issues reported after the reporting window.
