These Terms and Conditions govern your use of safara.in and the purchase of raw desi country chicken and related food products from Safara Farm Fresh. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to place an order on this website.
Orders and availability
- All orders are subject to product availability and delivery slot confirmation.
- Weights listed are approximate; actual billed weight may vary slightly for fresh cuts.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to availability or delivery constraints.
Pricing and payments
Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through the available payment methods on checkout.
Delivery and handling
- We deliver only within selected areas of Delhi NCR (see our Shipping Policy for serviceable pincodes).
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected slot.
- Once delivered, proper storage and cooking are your responsibility.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted only before processing begins. Because our products are perishable, we may not be able to cancel once preparation has started.
Limitation of liability
Safara Farm Fresh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts in Uttar Pradesh.
